Charity Partners

Our Staff Charities programme was founded in 1995. Every January we ask our people to nominate charities close to their heart and vote for two charities to support annually. From a start of €6,300 in that first year, it quickly grew over the next 10 years to €80,000 per annum. In 2010, Irish Life announced that they would match all staff donations and since 1995 over €4.5 million has been raised and handed over to a wide range of charities nominated and chosen by our employees. In 2023, we achieved another milestone with a total of over €5 million raised for the 37 charities we've supported over the years.
